HID Issue ( Please Help )

OK

As simple as I can put it

Just installed 6000k's on my Tiburon with a relay harness. I turn the switch in the car, and they power up FINE as normal, they dont flickers... they dont cut off.. they work fine.

BUT

When I turn the switch to off... my fogs.. dash lights...all my lights turn off as normal EXCEPT the new HID's. The relay is installed correctly, so the only thing I can think of it being is a defective relay. It's either sticking or simply not tellinf the battery to cut power to the bulbs. The only way they turn off is when I turn off turn off the battery with the key.

Could the relay be indeed bad? I do not have DRL's and this wasn't a issue with stock bulbs. I really feel its the relay...what about you?
