1987 Nissan Stanza - Starting/Dying
1987 Nissan Stanza fuel pressure good, plugs done, fuel filter changed etc.
Car will drive for a few minutes then die. Let it sit for awhile, then it might start. Any suggestions? O2 sensor? MAF sensor? etc. Thanks |

Re: 1987 Nissan Stanza - Starting/Dying
Yes, I still need help. It seems that I run the car for 5 min or si, it gets up to
temp. then when I take my foot off the accelerator, it just dies. Sometimes up to 1/2 hr + to get to start again, onlt to die again. |

Re: 1987 Nissan Stanza - Starting/Dying
I had a similar problem on a 90 stanza.. was intermittent of when it decided to die, but it would sit a few minutes and crank back up.. oddly enough it was the fuel pump.. replaced it a couple weeks ago and hasnt went dead yet.. (although it has other problems now)
Good luck! |
