Question 1998 delta 88 electric issue

Hi
First post on here and question, I have a Delta 88 that i'm triing to repair. Customer said it quit running when he used the power windows, after it quit the windows wouldnt work and the fuel pump dont cycle (power seat stop working also) . Has power at all fuses and fuses test good but havent been able to figure out why the power loss. Hope someone had same issue and hes some insight on this. Thanks

My guess would be loss of ground......pull the sill plate trim from the door openings, and stick your hand under the carpet......if it is wet, you could have a corroded ground or grounds or you could have a corroded splice that goes to a ground.......one way to prove this, is run a redundant ground to one of the circuits that is not working......find it's ground, and attach the redundant ground to it....if the circuit associated with it now works, you know it's a ground problem........

Battery keeps going dead won't take a charge won't jump off alternators Good batteries good according to advance what would be the next step

Voltmeter. Static voltage, starting voltage, running voltage.
