Driver side window operation and washers are out

Hello there fellow enthusiasts!
GMC Sub C1500-1999
147 000 miles total

Thing starts recently. Window will open-close in colder morning, but as day getting hotter - it refuse to operate. When I push on lowering it clinked under the button, but nothing is moving. And right now, may be due to hottest temp in a year it does not working at all. All other windows are fine.
And windshield washers are stop after almost 4-6 month of irrational functioning. Sometimes (in cooler weather condition) it used to start and work just fine but recently it either produce some noise and shove for some time but mostly dead. Along with liquid spray...
So sad. I have to spend money on Rainex now but in severe raining condition it quite dangerous.
I'd appreciate any tips.
