is there anyway to tell if a 2000gt is the fed spec or the cali spec?????

look to see how many cats it has. if it has 1 its fed. 3 and its cali. u might be able to call into ur local dealer with ur vin and they might tell u if they are in a good mood. ):

spec is an abbreviation for specification. mitsubishi designed two different exhaust system on our cars. one for federal emissions regulations, fed spec, and one california emissions regulations, cali spec.
