Thumbs up 94 ford temp power windows problem

i am haveing problems with my windows all of them dont work so i thought it was the fuse....but the power seats run of the same fuse and they work so when i pulled it out the fuse was super hot its one of those old medel cased fuses idk why it gets hot i think some kind of wireing problem or something i have no idea i need to fix my windows asap cant stand the heat....plz help out thanks for your time.
