CVT throwing codes!!

[98 headache 4.3]

Hi everyone I have a 05 ford freestyle awd limited 97,000 mi.tranny service done at 68000mi.cvt fluid and both filters.everything was working fine.Wife was driving it a few days ago before a 2500mi road trip she slowed down for a light display reads check trannsmission and the wrench light came on.the tranny seemed like it was slipping or not fully engauging.hi revs 4 or 5 thousand about 40 mph.under a min like this she pulled over when she could shut the car off started it back up immediatly no display no wrench and everything works perfect.You would never know there was a problem.any way pluged in the trouble shooter po961,po871,po701.was willing to pay the dealer for diag,just to hopefully hear something more than i already knew,they told me trade it sell.btw trans fluid is where it should be on the dipstick.any help or ideas woul be much appreciated.Thanks
