self test

I have a 2005 workshop manual and would like to run self test and diagnostics on my climate control datc but the procedure in the book is for a panel w/o heated seats. The buttons are different on the panel that includes heated and cooled seats.

Re: self test

Is your LS also a 2005? There is at least one post that has the details on how to run the self test for the LS with only heated seats versus heated and cooled seats. Try searching the forum. If you don't find it, or once you confirm the model year, post back. Also, please confirm if you are saying you have only heated seats, or if you have heated AND cooled seats.

Re: self test

Glad you found the procedure. Did the DATC provide you with any codes?

The short is usually in the DCCV itself.
