Ricochet - Where the fuck did you get the guy jumping out of the tree!?! that is the funniest thing I have ever seen!.... And I agree whole heartedly. I have expressed my opinion about this ass in a few of his other threads (including this one).

yeah u can view but u can't post. going back to that guy's ?, no i never wanted to put an intercooler over my cai. y? it has no purpose, all your doing is wasting more money and once people know that u have no turbo they are just going to laugh at you. my recomendation since u have that install already is to just go ahead and start saving for the rest of a turbo kit.

Re: AEM intakes vs.. Intercooler...

Look idiots, dont even think about any type of intercooler unless you have a turbo. Thats like buying a tubo timer with no turbo in your car. Pointless. Think before you post. Read up on shit.

You run an intercooler on a turbo setup because when you compress any gas the temperature of the gas goes up, you dumb fuck. What are you going to accomplish by having ambient air flowing through the core trying to cool off ambient air? Nothing, no transfer of heat is going to take place. All its going to do is reduce your power by placing a greater restriction on the motor. If this was some great scheme of yours to make your CRX faster, I can't wait to see how th erest of your life is going to pan out

Re: AEM intakes vs.. Intercooler...

We all know that you can (install an intercooler on an NA car).... What makes US different from the real fuckwits (read = YOU) is that we know it is not going to help. The main reason that you install a CAI is that it is less restrictive than a stock air box. Tha is becuase the intake tube is much sraighter and of larger diameter. In the case of the AEM V2 in my car it is 4in. An intercooler if it is as I understand it starts out as a large pipe and then breaks off into a bunch of little ones allowing the air to be cooled in radiator fashion. This is just going to slow the air down and you are going to get even less into the motor. Tell me how this sounds like a good idea to you?
BTW I already know you are the least intelligent person i have ever had to conversate with but for the sake of the other readers of this post please say something else to make sure they know it also.
