Yes I turbo'd it however 1st gear is so low that I have to go to 2nd before I can get on it.

ok guys here is your answer. my 96 done this for a long time and it was a pain in the ass at a stop sign.. on the top of the pentium i think that is what it is called . the long silver thing that you air filter box is connected to. at the back near the fire wall on top of this is a screw mabey covered with a rubber plug. remove the plug and you will see a adjusting screw it is recesed a littel. turn one way sslow the engine down the other way and speed it up. this solver my problem completly after many attempts at replacing different components. sorry for the poor explanition i have a splitting headache today.
