Question How do you install a driver side electric window motor? All helpers get a virtual hug

My Aunt is having my Fiance (who is not the brightest I must say) install her Driver side electric motor. I bought one for her on Ebay. Here is the item number if you need to see it. 290128969111 So anyway, Now we have the motor and he thought it was going to be a simple remove and apply situation. However he was wrong! *Shocker* and now my poor Aunt has to open her door at every drive thru. (I know, so tacky right?) So all I need is some simple instructions on how to put this motor in the window. I have contacted all the Buick dealerships and they don't wanna help a sista out! LOL So please help. My Idiot Fiance and I thank you dearly! Leslie *Insert Virtual Hug here*

Ocrap! My dealership changed it with no trouble.... I know there are Chilton's books (try Amazon to get one cheap) that have instructions on how to install one. Try some other GM dealers too. It doesn't have to be a Buick dealership.

(You're right about life...).

1996 Skylark Custom, V6. How can you tell if it is the window motor or switch that is bad? My drivers side window will activate and go up and down very slowly sometimes, and other times I hit the switch, nothing happens. Very intermittent operation.
Thanks for all help.
