Thumbs up New Ranier Owner

Drove lots of new vehicles. Bought a new Ranier on 10/18/03. Nothing we saw is as plush as Ranier; including Lexus or new Caddy SUV. Ranier rides good, sits good, looks good; classy! Has rear air suspension so it sits level and doesn't do a nose dive all the time. Super quiet, too. Same V8 as my '03 GMC Yukon XL. Couldn't be more pleased w/ the Ranier. Think GM has stepped it up a notch with this one.

Cool

I saw one at the mall, You know those "Win a Car" Drawings

It looked pretty small, Must be pretty quick for an SUV.

Re: New Ranier Owner

I bought my new Rainier just before christmas. Really like the quitness of it and the soft ride. So far am very impressed. Only complaint is the wind noise around the front windows.

Rainier's are extremely nice SUV's, i work on them everyday, and even though i dont agree with some of the layout of the maintenance areas of the car, i would definately own one.

Re: New Ranier Owner

Just bought an '05 Rainier for $33k 0% financing. It has the inline 6, AWD, heated seats & running boards. All the rest is standard equipment. It is the quietest SUV under $45k. It is extrememly comfortable and the air suspension eats up bumps like they are marshmallows. This is the best vehicle for the money I've ever driven, bar none. I'm surprised that the "pros" rate it as a so-so SUV with old-school design. I am "completely satisfied" with the car (in case any salesmen are lurking about).

Re: New Ranier Owner

I just got an 05 Rainier and we really love it. Test drove a lot of SUVs - I think Buick really gets overlooked, and the car mags really miss on this vehicle. It's a shame, because this is probably the best riding and quietest SUV I've ever been in. Wife really digs the XM, too, and I have to admit I feel better knowing she has OnStar.
