^ what about nissan??? Also my friend said that GM is the biggest car company and sells the most cars out of any other company in the world, second is Ford. Is this true?? I know Americans drive only GM and Ford, but I know japan, asia, africa, and europeans don't really drive American cars. I know around me there are more imports than domestics now.

i don't know about Nissan....but u may sell a lot of cars but recalls and what not will mess up ur revenue..but this is what it says:

cheap labor maybe, and recalls probably do play a factor. Also repairs from warranties, I bet gm and Ford has to do a lot of those

this also about the Big 3 and Japanese companies:

i think the big 3 were giving out incinitives averaging $3000 while the japanese companies companies were averaging $914.....an example of that is the H2....the H2 is sold with an average of $5,000 worth of dealer add-on's.
