2000 Venture Fuse Problem?

I recently had a bit of a brain fart and started my wipers with them frozen to the windshield. Oh well. But they stopped trying. After that, I have no wipers, now power windows, no HVAC..... The short version is that nothing from the IP fuse panel seems to work. I have checked all the under hood fuses, including 5 and 8, which seem to be the only ones that feed that panel. Nothing works. Wires look OK. Any ideas? I am stumped.......

Please tell me this is a common problem...

Do the fuses for the inop components have power? The 60 amp maxifuse ign main 2 power the ignition switch, which then supplies these fuses. If they don't and the 60 amp fuse is ok, then no power is coming from the ignition switch to the IP fuse box.

Have you looked at the fuses located right side of glove box? You have to open the passenger door. All in the owners manual..

I can see a small amount of power at the fuses in the IP fuse panel, the 60A fuse is good, still nothing working.....

Any more ideas?
