Toyota web site is terrible

Has anyone tried to use the Toyota.com site? I think I want to buy a new Camry, but the salespeople can't seem to get the exact features that I want, so i tried the Toyota.com web site...Nothing Works! Can not get a shred of information out of that web site. Anyone have any different experience with them?

Re: Toyota web site is terrible

Toyota.com is a great resource to help find a local Toyota dealership that may have the vehicle you are looking for in-stock. For this function, try and use the "Search Inventory" button on the homepage (halfway down on the right).

When you say the purpose was to compare price, was that comparing prices for local dealerships or compare Toyota to another brand?

I agree with Brian R, there are many other sources online, including Edmunds.com, to help educate yourself about a particular Toyota model. Brand specific websites are great to help find a car, but third party / non-biased websites are great to learn more about a vehicle.

Re: Toyota web site is terrible

Earlier this year I began to consider buying a new Toyota Camry. That is until I saw the 2018 model. Holy smokes what an ugly car! It looks like they slapped on a cow catcher on the front end. I don't know what in the world these car designers are thinking any more.
I loved it when Toyota started making the Camry bigger in size from the older models, but the newer larger cars still retained their sleek somewhat sporty appeal with the narrow shark-like front end. But this appearance of a bolted on and black spray painted "cattle gate" looks terrible.
I love the Toyota reliability, but I guess I'm going to hold on to my present Camry until they come up with something much better.
