Achievable

When the car is in park the park lights work, when I put it in drive an start moving the fuse for the park lights blows. What could be the problem:

A short circuit in a wiring harness that moves and grounds out as the car moves....what you can do, is replace the fuse, turn the park lights on, then start grabbing wire harnesses and moving them and see if the fuse blows, to narrow down your search area...it's obviously a rub through condition....
