Ah damnit! Skyline progress thread

So I decided to get back into models, bought a Tamiya 1/24th scale R34 GTR....Im cutting the sprue piece off the hood with my new X-acto...Im sawing through, I say "Hmm, I should move my finger..." Just then, the X-acto cuts through and into my pointer finger.....OW!!!

Is this why the whole interior of your 89 Sunbird is red? lol...JP....yeah, that happens to me..sucks, but its part of modelling.

Well here is a WIP pic....there are some slight runs and a couple small globs of glue on the hood...i will have to sand and respray those parts...

Yeah, Im sprayin the clear this time...

Also, I miss my flip ups...good thing I can go into the side yard of my house and hug em when I need to. Got the whole front clip over there, still...bumpers, hood, fenders and headlights...

Looks great mate, though maybe you should think about hitting the interior with some matte clear to get the shine down a bit, unless you're going for the vinyl seat look.
