Eldo/Seville 4.9L swap - need info

1991-95 4.9 L ELDO/SEVILLE/DEVILLE engine is essentially the same as 4.5L Allante. It has the same bore as 4.5 L, (92mm), but it has "squared" stroke of 3.6" (increase from 3.307). Everything else , except valve springs, is the same. Power curve peak moved down from 4400 to 4100rpm.
4.9L with the "muffin" throttle body it delivers 200hp/275 ft-lbs, not much more than 4.5 L Allante with the "pipe organ" manifold.

??? Has anyone tried to swap a Deville/Sev/Eldo 4.9Lengine into 87-92 Allante OR ANY OTHER CADILLAC???

IMO 4.9L equipped with Allante induction system will produce in excess of 240 hp with ease.
I heard that owners of other Cadillac models with 4.1's have been successful with moving up to a 4.9. Also, I heard, the trick is to use an ADJUSTABLE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR to dial in the extra fuel requirements of the larger displacement engine.
HAVE YOU SEEN/HEARD/DONE THE SUCH SWAP? I'D LIKE TO HEAR MORE ABOUT FUEL-ENGINE MANAGEMENT TUNNING.
