Cool The tartan seat texture is a nice detail, how did you do it?

Extremely nice choice of subject!
I m working on the same one, kinda...

I love what you ve done to the seat and the steering wheel in particular!
Panellines look spot on too!

Nice model!

Nice. How did you do the seat. I have two kits that need tartan seats and have searched for fabric in the right scale.

It's made from SMS http://www.scalemotorsport.com upsholstery decals, a clear decal with that black lines.

First you paint a base color and after that, put a piece of decal over it. I bought long time ago, but I didn't use it till now.

Looks nice.

Great model of a great car! How was the kit? Any trouble with it? Thanks for sharing the unique, too oft forgotten machine with us!

The building went right, japanese fit & well injected... except for those painful rubber parts... I really hate them... don't know why Gunze choose to produce them in rubber...

Thanks everyone for your feedback !!!

Excellent job. Those upholstery decals really set it off.

Great stuff, nice to see a classic 1958 British Leyand car. Great Replica of the pic in your photo album :
