Well, I guess a better question would be "What classic cars WERE in your family?" for me. My Grandpa had a 65' Mustang Coupe (Inline 6), my Dad had a 70' Mustang fastback (302 V8) and a 74' Camero (351 V8).

Well, we've previously owned a 64 Impala, 68 Chevy 1/2 ton, 67 Buick GS400, 72 Nova, 70 Chevy 1/2 ton, and an absolutely beautiful 67 Chevelle SS. The only classic left in the family is my brother's 69 Camaro SS 350/350. I'm in the military and just moved from Japan and I want to lament the loss (sale) of my 1990 Nissan Skyline Gts-t. I loved that car, it went like stink.

Welcome to AF.
That's a nice car. Could you tell us a bit more about it?

Re: what classic cars are in your family?

We just recently acquired a Plum Crazy Purple 1970 Dodge Challenger. It's an all-matching-numbers car, and it's a factory Plum Crazy car. It's got a 318 V8, unfortunately it's an automatic. The only resto that's been done on it is the interior was redone from the factory black vinyl to Plum Crazy vinyl and white velour, and it was repainted a year or so ago.

Oldsmobile Delmont with the 455 Turbo Hydromatic, Blue. My dad sold it when I was still young. It was a sled but that thing sure pulled.
