Bought a few models today.

One of them is this one

Guess why I bought it! Detail is poor, NO ROLLCAGE, but it's a kit, and it's 1:43!!! Wee!

Some cars have made into my 1:43 collection: MB A-klass (to be transformed into an F1 safety car), Audi TT (very nice blue metallic), AZLK 2141, and another Ford Focus (to be cannibalized for seats and steering wheel for my MB190E project).

I think it was actually me who fixed it...

One more thing - the decals are just great! They are so small, and at the same time they go on every place needed! Logos, sponsors, everything! I love it! I think I'll buy a couple more (I like Pug 206). I Also intend to buy last year's Imprezza, also a Heller kit.

Let me know how this goes; I have a similar idea floating around in my head... There's a bunch of japanese kits of sports cars as police cars. I was thinking of getting one and using it for a safety/pace car, since they come with a light bar and all... Maybe the Prelude... hmmm... :flash:

I will.
First I have to finish the 190E, and in order to do that i need to find the way to make my own dacals... And if I find the way to make my own decals, the safety car will be a breeze. I also will try to find the MB Vito and SLK (I think that's what they use) to make safety and medical cars. If only someone could help me with the photos...

Guys, how does one go about painting a car silver metallic? Should I use automotive paint or something different? Do I need a special primer for that?

The kit even has OZ decals that go on one spoke of each wheel!!! Remember, we're talkin 1/43 scale here!!! I;m truly impressed. And considering that I paid around $3 for it...
