Looking at a new Frontier

My wife and I are looking at 4WD vehicles with both passenger comfort and utilitarian needs (hauling like in a pickup), and have kind of narrowed things down to the four passenger Frontier or the Ford Explorer set up the same way.

Just curious as to opinions. They both look good, but based on my past experiences with Nissan products ('77 280Z, and two Datsun pickups) and Fords, (many fleet trucks) I tend to favor the Nissans. Any input from Frontier owners pro and con? It would be a new one, most likely (2007)

Later...

Re: Looking at a new Frontier

I bought a 2005 Nismo package king cab frontier and i LOVE IT!!! It rides amazingly! The 265 hp, 284 tq V6 4.0L has tons of power, even more with a drop in K&N filter and dual 2.5" custom exhaust! The spray in bedliner and utility tie down system are great!(use them everyday) The crew cab is very nice with the Rockford fosgate sound system, steering wheel mounted adio controle, power sunroof and much more would be the best bet for u, opposed to the FORD. I Love my truck.....no other mid-size trucks compare in full list of specs. Hope i encouraged you enough to buy on! You should go test drive them and you'll see for yourself!
