Mine has a different rattle at every different RPM. It sucks finding/fixing rattles because when you fix one...you make another.

The way to fix this is to go to the fabric store and buy quilt batting and 3M spray glue.(notice, I do not recommend DynoMat...it is very heavy.) Remove the contents of the interior. Now would be a good time to paint or detail the interior pieces. Before reassembling, spray the back side of each trim piece and apply the batting. Do this for every interior piece. When you are done...drive the car around and see if it rattles. If you still have rattles (you shouldn't have more than you started with) use a stethoscope to locate them. Remove and add more batting, and/or tighten the panel. I used to use this technique when I was building car stereo systems out of my garage. My cars didn't leave with rattles.

If you are rattling on the outside of the car...start by tightening all panels, plates, wings, and check the exhaust (which is another possible rattler...sometimes you can get internal exhaust rattles from broken off welds, bad cat., or 'blown' mufflers.

Let us know how it goes.

How much is this glue stuff? Can it reduce rattling from subs too?

i dont htink that what he has is a glove box rattle. My car does the same thing. it is a 97 civic ex coupe it has 112000 miles on it. i have what i think is the same rattle you have. it happens just before 3000 in every gear. only its not quite a rattle. right? kind of sort of like a whistle, (you know like a referee has) only not really loud. kind of muffled. if that is what you have, it is something in the transmission
