1998 Rodeo, blinkers and hazard lights don't flash, just light up

Lately, I've noticed that all of the blinkers and hazard lights on my rodeo have been blinking much slower than usual. Then for the past couple days they don't flash at all. Just light up and stay lit on the dash board and on the bulbs. If I put on the left blinker, the left front and back flashers just stay lit. If I put on the hazard lights, all four corner flashers just stay lit. On the way home from work today they started flashing again, but very very slowly. No bulbs are blown. I can't find a relay anywhere. Any Ideas?

if all the bulbs are good and light up you have a bad flasher. will need to go to parts store and get ones and they should be able to tell you where its located or it may use the same one for the 4 way flashers you should be able to hear it clicking and trace noise to the part
