Question 95 civic dash and marker lights

help my dash lights and my marker lights don't com on unless i brake and then only sometimes does anyone have any ideas? I have changed fuses and turn signal switch but still problem persists!

Thats happened to me before. I bought about 15 different flashers and none of them worked for some reason. You might have to get a replacement from a honda dealership. They carry the stock ones, depending on the year.
Thats really odd though that they may flash when you break. I've never heard of that before.. Do you have aftermarket bulbs in?, you may have to switch back to the stock ones. (you are talking about signal lights right?) or markers on the side?
