Cuts off while I am driving.....
Hello to whoever gets this message...I own a 93 Eagle Summit and it is a stick shift...every so often the engine dies sometimes when I am idle or sometimes when I am driving down the street at 50mph...I usually put it in neutral (while still rolling) and restart the car...some times it works some times I have to pull over and try and try again till it finally starts..what can I do or what do I fix....????

Could be many things
try these loose or faulty electrical connections at the distributor, coil or alternator insufficient fuel reaching the carburetor or fuel injector(s) vacuum leak at the gasket between the intake manifold/plenum and throttle body or carburetor the one i would check is the idle speed it might be incorrect |
