Hobby re-ignited

Having seen all of the excellent work on this forum I decided to take up this hobby again at the tender age of 53. I have done motorcycling modelling before many years ago but nothing to the standard posted on this forum, I cannot tell you how impressed I am with all work displayed. Anyway I have just finished 2 models which as you can see are more or less bog standard kits except from the CF. I am currenty working on the Tamiya Konica Minolta RC211V'06, this will be basiclly the same standard build as before but my next project will be the Tamiya Yamaha YZR-M1 Valencia Edition which will include the detail parts from Top Studio which I hope to post on this forum as WIP.

Thanks to everyone for re-igniting my enthusiasm.

Looks like very clean builds, and judging from these photos (nice ones by the way) you haven't lost any skills during your absence. Very much welcome to the forum too.

Thanks for all your comments. thats what I hope to achieve in my next build Alex by taking some of the techniques used from this forum - the power of the internet, something which was not available when I was younger.

Re: Hobby re-ignited

These are really great. Fabulous work and great photos, very colorful. There's some sort of squirrely pattern-distortion in the pics, if you could iron that out you'd have forum perfection all-round
