Exclamation Turbo for 04?

Is there any turbo kit or supercharger system out or coming out for the 2004+ Solara?

Re: Turbo for 04?

I haven't heard of any yet...but I'm more than sure that TRD will be hitting the market with them before you know it.

My friend and I are currently working on a Twin-screw, Intercooled Supercharger setup. This would be going on my 2001 1mz-fe engine in an Mr2.

Does the 2004 Solara have a 1MZ? or 3MZ engine?
If its 1MZ, then the kit we're working on should work for you as well. The difference would be in the flange that mounts to the lower intake plentum.

But you may experience issues w/ VVT-i. I'm not sure what effects boost will have on the stock computer and the VVT-i set-up.

I know that the newer engines actually have VVT-il as well.

Look for more info this winter.
