Unhappy Changed battery and then......HELP

I have an 02 RR HSE located in California

I had to swap out my battery since it died on me. Everything worked fine!
When i installed the same exact but a brand new battery everything went wrong!
I had to reset all the windows and sunroof which is now fine

My biggest problems are
1) the a/c dont work anymore meaning it blows nothing but warm air even at the lowest setting

2) i cant lower or raise the radio volume from neither the knob or controls on the steering wheel

3) the navigation screen is just plain white and i cant do do anything to it

* everything worked fine, navigation, radio, a/c yesterday, but now they dont after new battery*
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
