Just finished my R34!

WOW! What a kit! No wonder my cousin wouldn't dream of giving his away, even if it was a dodgy bronze colour!
I just love the way the car sits in with the others, it demands noticing first simply by it's presence!
Great colour too, it picks up the light well!
I have given you a sneak preview, but I will take some better pics outside!
Here you can see the bigger brakes. I will post some pics of the Nismo exhaust tomorrow!

This shot is taken without the flash so you can see how close it is to the TS-50 Tamiya sugest!

Here is how it looks next to it's older brother the R33.
It dominates the cabinet now with it's awesome presence! A Great car!

Re: Just finished my R34!

Excellent work! Your case was a wise investment. It compliments your collection well.

I wouldn't mind seeing some R33/R34 side by side shots tomorrow, too.

Do you feel yours is a little too light?
From the pic of the real car you can see a hint of Gold in there too! I couldn't find anything like that!

Hold On.........

Just curious I know its a stupid question but what cars are in the background. I have a thin for more mundane cars becuase after building SKylines, and S2Ks and WRXs, I kinda like to sit down and build a car thats comonly seen on the road.

WRXs and S2Ks are about as common as I go! Fujumi and Aoshima are both good for regular road cars, both available from Hobby link Japan!
As for the ones in the pic...
Could they be Nissan Stageas?

Go to http://www.hlj.com/ and have a good look through the Fujumi Passenger car section, see what takes your fancy!

I have my eye on these...
