Re: things you would like in GT5

i think that if gt5 isnt better than forza 2, the gt series will b in trouble, think about it.
forza and gt4 came out at the same time. forza 2 comes out may 5th or something like that. gt5 not even this yr. by the time gt5 comes out the next forza will b 6 months away. outright forza is a better game(maybe not as many cars) but a better game all around, and that's only goning to get better, the makers of gt5 better get their shit together, or forza3 will be for ps3 and xbox 360.

Agreed to an extent. People have to realize that Gran Turismo is a "real life driving simulator" and not a street racing game, that's what Need for speed and midnight club is for. It's best to stick to the traditional racing methods on a track and tuning your car settings in many ways as you upgrade parts, as it has been in the first 4. Polyphony may be forced to incorporate some of the "ricer" kind of things in some way, however, to be able to compete with similar games. I think downloads/upgrades is the best bet (purchase from online marketplace kinda thing like xbox live) as it's cheaper and would keep everyone happy. The people who want it will get it and the traditional GT players who don't won't get it. But more sounds and an increase in effects of the add ons would be nice. For example, i'd like to see more styles of wings plus a wind tunnel to test and see how downforce is for each type. Different weights for wheels would be cool too (set of motegi wheels are lighter than stock units, affecting handling for example). Dyno testing isn't a bad idea either.

Re: things you would like in GT5

they do kinda cater to ricer type things, i mean they have the whole tuner village, tell me it doesnt get more ricer than that. granted those cars are also 200g and more of a real track race car, but they r also ricer type.
honostly i dnt think sony should give a rats ass in gt5 about ricers, it's only one of two games like that i know of, leave it the hell alone, just make it better

Re: things you would like in GT5

All of the cars in my list include all of the vehicles in GT4 and in GT5 prologue. Plus I would like to have a choice of roaming around in any city in the U.S., instead of doing race courses. I would like to have the special condition events to in GT5. I would like one of the prize cars to be worth CR.1,000,000. I would like to be able to turn my turn signals on and when I backup, to have my backup lights light up. Also when in 2 player mode, when you go to the memory card 1 to load up the vehicles, to be able to have TCS and ESC. When you start the game I would like to start with CR.30,000.
I would also like to have real damage. Severe damage when you crash above 40 MPH you total your car. But when you total your car you don't have to pay for it. Also, when you accelerate, you shouldn't have to use full throttle to shift gears. If you've ever played Enthusia you don't have to use full throttle to shift gears.

2009 Acura TSX
If I didn't mention it, I would like
2009 Volkswagen Routan 4.0 V6
2009 Audi A4 sedan, wagon, and cabriolet

Re: things you would like in GT5

Anything you can do to a car in Real life should be in GT5... Also a storyline like you start out wih a littl emoney but you drive around looking for races and stuff and then you buy all this stuff and other crap ike real life...
