1989 Honda Accord LXI

Hi Everyone I am new to this forum and would like your opinions on a used 1989 Accord lxi with 102k miles on it that I am considering on buying. It was one owner nearly it's entire life. The 2nd owner has owned and driven it the last couple thousand miles. The car seems to be in immaculate shape for its age.

I know the 3rd generation Accord is pretty reliable but my main concern is that it has low miles and wasn't driven much. Do you think there will be many/major problems with it since it obviously wasn't driven very much these last 28 years?

What kind of problems do you think I will face with it being this old with such low miles? Here is the link the to lxi https://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/c...345164521.html

I have also considered buying a fourth gen 91-93 with around 100k-140k. I have a soft spot for these cars because I had one growing up and we beat the living crap out of it till about 200k and it kept on running reliably till we sold it.
Thank you everyone!
