Found Wire Access, But Which One?, Need a live wire

I need to tap into an electric source to power a small GPS device.
I found that UNDER the glove compartment, there is a black panel held in place by two plastic buttons which are easily removed.
This exposes amongst other things, a large bundle of wires, a small bundle of wires, and a socket (harness) that has a few wires going into it.

Which of these wires would be best for tapping into power? I need one that is live even when the ignition is off.
