L7 Problem!
Hi ive got a kicker l7 in a ported box connected to a db drive a290 speed series amp not sure of specs for amp but, the thing is my sub isnt hitting hard idk if its my stereo settings or my amp settings. i was wondering if i can get some help

This could honestly be a myriad of things. Is the box the correct size, are the power and ground wiring up to the task, are the levels set correctly, is the crossover set correctly, is the sub wired in parallel or series (are both of the coils even connected) ...

well i have it in a ported box in my chevy silverado 1500. A friend told me that it possibly just needs more space because i have it half in between the seat nd sort of on it
