2004 malibu maxx, called chevy cust. service assistance on latest steering problem.

per my threads on the steering problem and the 4th time in trying to fix multiple steering problems on a car that has only 7,000 miles on it...I called the chevy cust. service assistance and they will be in contact with my dealer tomorrow.

when they asked me what would keep me very satisfied, i told them since this problem affected the value, use and safety on my car i would ultimately like an exchange for a different chevy vehicle if they cannot fix this problem. i really wouldn't be able to trust another malibu maxx or malibu in general. i drive my 2 year old and wife very frequently so i cannot afford to have my steering wheel lock up while i was driving before the steering column was ultimately replaced. im sorry but thats something nobody should go through in ANY car.

i will keep everyone posted!
