Chopper Frame & Jig blueprints

I have for sale a full set of drawings on how to build a Harley Davidson based Custom Rigid Frame Chopper and include plans on modern wide tire designs like the 280 and the monster Avon 300. The mounting points for a Softail swing arm are included should you choose that your back needs a break, as well as mounting positions for motor and tranny mounts.

Also Included, is a detailed print on how to build the very necessary FRAME BUILDING JIG. A Jig is a must when building a custom bike, to be sure the frame is symmetrical, as well as to assure that your angles are correct.

ALL the dimensions you will need to build your custom motorcycle frame and jigs are on the drawings and are clear and precise. If you are considering building your own custom chopper this prints are a must have. If you are considering building a radical custom then this is a great start point as the rake and stretch can be changed quite easily.

I am selling the set of 7 plans for $65 shipping included. Email me with any questions. Thanks!!

I have a page on my web site for more info…

Re: Chopper Frame & Jig blueprints

I like your professional approach.I have built some 3rd scale hardtail bikes from scratch the fixture table was difficult.Bending, cutting and welding was eisier. We use a Chinese duplicate of the Virago engine,250cc.I want to build a full size chopper-cruizer for myself with probably a rev tech.I will be sending you some rough drawings for some more input.Hey,what about an old school hardtail with a revolution engine?

Hi, To me a jig is the only way to go, how else can you be sure everything is symetrical and square? Yes I have a print for a 140 rear tire old school ridgid. If you are interested, give me a shout! thanks!!

Angry Rip Off....

Just to give anyone who reads this forum a heads up canadianwelder bought these plans fro the original author, Gary at the Chopper Builders Handbook web site, http://64.172.168.34/neatstuff/index.html, and is selling them as his own. He even has referenced Gary for tech support.
Canadianwelder is doing this WITHOUT Gary’s permission and Gary can’t give tech support for plans he didn’t sell. In short he’s taking credit for the work of another and is not compensating the originator, a clear copyright violation.
Since he’s in Canada it makes it very difficult to go after him.
Buyer beware….

canadianwelder is a ripoff. he got his hands on a set of plans that someone else made and he is claiming that they are his. do NOT do business with this person. he has various outlets for these plans encluding ebay where he sells them. if you are interested in the truth,
Go check out the "Chopper Builder's Handbook"...

http://64.172.168.34/neatstuff/index.html mail gary and ask him about his never ending fight with "canadianwelder". this ripoff is a "lowlife"...ArC...
ps: old school wide tire prints??? cruise the site link above and see whatelse canwelder has ripped off from gary...seeing is believing...ArC...
