Inperfections on resin Mercedes CLR

After surfing the AF FAQs, I still don't know how to sand or chip etc? those molds off my resin Mercedes CLR. Does anyone know how to get rid of inperfections on a resin kit? It's my first resin kit. Thanks

I use a mixture of small jewlers files, and fine grit wet 'n dry. Always sand polyester resin wet or with a mask cause it creates a lot of very nasty dust. There are a whole load of good tips on building resins at www.grandprixmodels.co.uk.

What make and scale is the kit?
