1995 F150 4.9L straight 6 intermittent rough idle

I have replaced the plugs, wires, cap and rotors with no luck resolving the issue. It will only last about 5 mins, and then go away, either while I am driving or I can shut it off an come back 5 mins later and it will be fine. the ood time it will happen pop up while already driving. So does not matter if the engine is hot or cold. Have researched and can be one of many sensors and would rather not break the bank finding the problem. I have been able to rule out the idle air sensor. It is hard to try and fix since the problem is not always there.

Anybody else have this problem?
