Body Kit Safety

Is it true if you take off a stock bumper to replace it with a new bumper for a body kit, does it effect the safety. for example, a 5 star rated crash test to a 3 star...something like that. Or does it not really matter. Good looks to replace a safe car doesn't sound that good to me. Also will it void the warenty of your car too?

Re: Body Kit Safety

it depends if the body kit requires removing parts of the factory bumper supports. If it does it may affect safety, otherwise it won't.

It usually doesn't affect your warrantee
