Bruno Thiry secures European Rally Title.
Last weekend was Rally Du Condroz in Belgium. I was there on Saturday and Sunday to watch the event. Wheather conditions were pretty awefull on Sunday - rain and a mere 7°C. Bruno came in second and secured the title while his teammate - for this event only - Freddy Loix took the spoils in a Kronos Peugeot 206WRC 2001 spec.
The event was overshwadowed by a fatal accident when a car hit a 14 year old boy when the car lost a wheel after a jump and subsequentally went into the public. The boy was not standing in a forbidden area, but it was not a wise place to stand either. The public was absolutely not disciplined and didn't pay any attention to the marchals suggestions. One moment I thought I was in Portugal 20 years ago... Anyway, it was fun to watch the WRC's for the last time on Belgian soil. New stupid FIA regulations are forbidding the use of WRC's in European rally events, so no more WRC's in Belgium anymore. I took some pics and did a walkaround of Freddies 206. Pics later this week. I really like that blue livery. As well as the red one, come to think of that. Would be nice to have those "sister" cars made as models. How about it, Guido? Belgian drivers and all, and now you're a proud Pug owner as well

They're on my whish list for sure.
Decals to make a red one do exist (24hr Ypres Rally), but I reckon the aftermarket guys will come up with a sheet for the blue one as well. Guido |

Great photos Guido!
Do you have side photos of blue Pug? Is it Kronos, how can I see?
