Custom dash!

i don't see many of these. my car is in MEGA need of re-wiring most of the electronics. the dash is 100% coming off for that. also need to put in some new lights... down to only 1 and its behind the speedometer. i know i can't afford new moldings. so the mods i plan to do is basic/simple. i want to change out the nasty inconstant high amp usage bulbs for vibrant LED lighting. also was wanting to change the dull sickly green color for something with more jazz im not shure if the color is dependent on the bulb or if its a filter that's on the backside of the HUD itself. any suggestions on where i can find parts supplys for this? i know radio shack is gonna be a hot-spot for most of the stuff. if possible. id like to change the HUD it's self entirely. i want something that's more visible. something with white backing instead of black. any suggestions on custom dash supplys please help!

ok, whoever did the jurry rigging on my car REALY fudged things up with the dash. there is suppose to be a reflective mirror behind the lighting and that's missing entirely. half the friction tabs are snapped off. is there any chance there is a manufacturer of a universal Instrument Cluster?
