1996 F-350 Dump 7.3L...Rough Idle

Just bought a super clean dump truck with the 7.3L. Has very good power but at idle has a little shake to it. Is this normal? It also has a 5 speed. Has only 73,000 miles on it. Any ideas about the slightly rough idle, it did sit for a little while. Thanks
