out of curiosity did you have you timing belt and water pump replaced yet? if not then i would highly advise you did.

next to that check for normal wear and tear to see what needs replaced

are your plugs good? any fouling?
are your plug wires cool? use a multimeter to check resistance
is your dist cap ok? any corrosion?
is the dist rotor ok? any cracks or corrosion?
is the fuel filter ok? can you blow through it or not?
oil dirty?
cooling system been flushed?
tranny fluid dirty? or past due?
battery still cool?
pcv valve....a must. after like 100k these fuckers go like crazy.
valves adjusted?
ignition timing ok?
throttle body all cleaned out? or all gummed up?
air filter dirty?
any hoses cracked or frayed?
any belts cracked or frayed?

just havwe a look around and see whats wrong.

I had the timing belt and water pump done and a lt of other stuff at the 90k mile tune up. id have to see the printout on what all they did but i know for sure they did the timing belt and water pump. the whole tune up was like 900$ my distributor cap looks ok just a little grease on the bottom of it. my cooling system was flushed around 100k because it had a clog and leaked coolant under the passenger dash onto the floor. (now i have a green outline of a floor mat on my carpet.) i think it might be time to check my tranny fluid. how would i check my fuel filter, sorry i have never checked it before? my oil is fine cause i just changed it two weeks ago. air filter is fine cause its been replaced with a filter for my intake recently. how would i know if the pcv valve is going bad? my battery is fine too no corrosion at all. all my valves were adjusted at 90k should i have them checked out again or should i be ok? if anyone knows anything else i should do let me know.

You sound pretty on the ball to me; but here are my recommendations:

I'd definitely have the valves adjusted.
Replace the tranny fluid.
Get a lube job. (if it wasn't done at the oil change)
Oil filter was changed too?
Spark plugs - inspect, gap, and change if needed.
Check the belts for tension and cracks or wear.
Rotate the tires (if you aren't already on another schedule for it)
Replace brake fluid (only really needed if the pedal feels mushy)
Fuel filter is probably just fine unless you get an engine light. Replacing it certainly wouln't hurt your power though, particularly if it's the original.

Good luck.

i was the one who changed my oil, i changed the oil filter when i did. well my vlaves were adjusted at 90k should i have them adjusted again? i just bought new tires like two weeks ago. (obtw get an alignment as soon as y'all lower your cars. i talk from experience my tires were almost perfect before the lowering then i had to replace them) i checked the belts and they look ok. so do you think im pretty much set?

What about the tranny fluid? I'd replace it every 60k mi or so. If it was done at your 90k service then you're fine.

And the lube job? The cables, pedals, hinges, suspension and such need a squirt of grease every so often.

The valve adjustment isn't critical, but you're definitely due. It's more an issue of power than of engine life. I think Honda recommends an adjustment around every 30k mi. I like to do mine every 15k or so.
