b2 in tank fuel pump?

hey guys is it possible to put an inline fuel pump on a 1989 b2 2.9,and just bypass the in tank pump? if so any certain brands or anything as far as fuel pressure i need to look out for? finally found out after 2 fuel pumps and 3 computers that my signals to the pump from the computer arent working so instead of wiring harness and another possible computer i`d like to run an inline if i can ur answers and knowledge are appreciated. thnx bb

Re: b2 in tank fuel pump?

People just replacing the float itself and fit the fuel pump. You better to replace the valve cover gasket. Remove the power pressure radiator and change it for power balance and in-line fuel pump is for time set up.
