Wheel squealing

I’m posting this question for my brother. He owns a 08 Honda Accord and every time he puts the car in reverse the left rear wheel makes a awful squealing noise however, it does not make the noise going forward. Stuck caliper? Hub issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We haven’t had the time and the weather has been rainy so we haven’t taken the wheel off to investigate. Thank you.

Potentially a hub issue? The only way I would imagine that it would be a brake issue is if the caliper is just loose enough to where it only scrapes in reverse. I would assume it’s a wheel bearing.
