Celica GTS vs RSX Type-S
:flamer: Since the RSX Type-S came out i havent been able to find any performence specs or tests on the car. Like 0-60 or anything like that. The question i have been trying to find an answer for is what will win in a stock drag, a Celica GTS or a RSX Type-S. If you've found sites on it or know what would win please reply. Thanks.

Unless your GT-S runs 14s, the RSX-S will get ya. I've raced one and it was close... got him by about 2cars to 80mph...

The rsx looks faster on paper. But the type s and the gt-s is a drivers race.

Yea, most of these cars are only half a second faster or slower to 60, its pretty much all in the shifting

The RSX Type-S already has a jump start advantage on the GT-S, simply because of the larger displacement. Reviews have even stated that most of the Type-S's increase in power from the older Integra GS-R comes directly from the extra two-tenths of a liter. Find a stroker kit for the 2ZZ-GE and it would be an even closer match.

One thing I don't like about the GT-S (no offense )
is the reallllllllllllly narrow powerband. Even shifting at redline, it's hard to stay right in it.....

I could hang shift for shift with the new VVTL-i GTS in my old 95 Integra GSR, and the RSX type s is supposedly quicker than the GSR. That was only one race, i know a lot dependsa on driver in similarly matched cars.

Re: Celica GTS vs RSX Type-S
the gts will jump the rsx but the rsx will out power it in the long run..... thats just my take ....
