'91 CRX turbo
Let's say i had an extra '89 SI D16A6 lying around that I wanted to prep for 12psi of intercooled boost. Eventually I may be upgrading to a bigger turbo or a 50-75 shot of nitrous so the motor is going to be strengthened now to handle any additional power. My plans as of now are to bore it .20 over and sleeve the block, upgraded pistons and rods, rebuild the tranny (synchros/quaife LSD), upraded axles, a valve job, bored throttle body (56mm up to 60mm), and whatever else is necessary. I have the motor, it'll take time for me to do all of these mods as I don't make a whole lot of money but it's OK because I can still drive on my stock motor 'till the new one is built. Any recomendations for strengthening the motor that I have probably overlooked?
