quarter mile

koenigsegg.com says that the ccr has a quarter mile time of nine seconds. this sounds a little fast even for the ccr. can anyone confirm this time?

It would need to be on slicks to get 9 flat. A more realistic time would be high 9s - low 10s

Re: quarter mile

not flat 9's. I believe it was along the lines of 9.6 or 9.7

Re: Re: quarter mile

I think it was really really low ten's... Bc the Z-tune is the fastest production car in quarter mile. @ 10.07.

Other car's that should be tested...

Veyron
S7 TT (.5 litre bump)

Re: quarter mile

S7 TT runs low 11's. I'm not certain, but i believe the CCR came into production after the Z Tune Skyline was claimed fastest quarter mile production car. One thing i do wonder is why the Z Tune Skyline is considered a production car and not a Tuned car. Isn't that like calling the GT500 supersnake a production car?

Re: Re: quarter mile

Sportscompact car did a reveiw on the Z-tune and said the TT was clocked .7 of a second slower then the Z-tune... thus... 10.77+.
