Why isn't it working?!
Don't mean to dig up the past, but I've been having trouble beating Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 on my ps2. I have three cars left to get. One requires that I have 5 million (I think) NFS points. The other two require 8 laps and 4 laps both clean races, both advanced. I've completed an 8-lap race, set on advance, on an advanced track, and been first each lap, but yet I did not get the new car. I did the same for the four lap. Is there a specific track to use? Do I have to do it in Hot Pursuit or World Racing? What am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

I can help you with the 4 & 8 lap races:
Get the Lotus Elise, go to the very first track(World Racing; Single Race), and make sure you don't scrape the walls(I don't know whether they count bumping the other racers though). I recommend you do the 8 lap first since it's the Mercedes CLK-GTR. 4 lap race earns the NFS version of the HSV .

Thanks for the tip! So by "clean race" they mean I can't touch the walls? This is gonna take some practice. Do you know if I have to be first every lap or just the last one?
