Smile at wits end 92 blazer k-sport 5.7

this is my nightmare, I had a oil leak at the oil filter housing unit. changed out the o-ring and gasket , the leak was fixed, it then went to the oil pan gasket , changed that out for it to move to the coolant lines . I changed them. had to take it out again due to the store gave me the wrong gear ratio for the lower line, exchange that put it all back then it was leaking out of the connectors. clips were wrong that came with the lines so had to take it apart again and change the connectors, now i got it all together start it up and it is back to the original leak the oil filter housing unit.needless to say i changed the gasket and o-ring again. I am not over tightening nor leaving it loose. Now is there any chance that now that she has full pressure do i need to replace the housing unit. kinda getting sick of messing with it. any input would greatly be appreciated
